From North: When traveling from Charleston to our location, you’ll want to utilize RT-11 South. As you go straight through the red light with 25th Street, you’ll locate our office shortly in the Starr Plaza on your right side.
From South: When visiting us from South and Downtown Cleveland, you’ll want to travel RT-11 North. When you drive past the BB&T, make a left turn onto Hackberry Drive. Make an immediate right turn and continue straight down the road. Our Beltone location should be located within the Starr Plaza on your left.
From East: When coming from Georgetown or Hopewell, take Georgetown Road towards Cleveland. As you approach the intersection with Keith Street / RT-11, you’ll want to make a right at the red light. Our office is located in the Starr Plaza on the right side of the road.
From West: If you’re headed from Ocoee, Benton, or Old Fort, you’ll want to access I-74 West into Cleveland. As you enter Downtown Cleveland, continue straight on Inman Street. As you approach a Starbucks on your left, you’ll make a right onto Keith Street. Follow Keith Street until you locate a turn around on the left side of the road at Taco Bell. Utilize this turn around to continue on RT-11 South. Our office is located immediately on the right in Starr Plaza.

Hearing Instrument Specialist
Sara Varnell is the Hearing Instrument Specialist at the Cleveland Beltone office. When you visit our office, Sara will be the person guiding your way to better hearing health. Sara is a lifelong resident of Cleveland and lives here with her husband, daughter, and son. At a young age, Sara was diagnosed with a profound hearing loss and as a result, like many of our patients, wears hearing aids as well! Sara has always had a passion for advocating for, educating, and supporting those with significant hearing losses, making her a great fit for caring for our patients.
Gabriele Haddock
Patient Care Coordinator
Gabriele has been married to her husband for almost 40 years, and we have 3 children and 5 precious grandchildren. For the past few years she have been a stay-at-home wife and got to spend lots of time with her grandchildren. "I have come to work at Beltone because hearing loss has affected two of my children and I would like to help make a difference in the lives of others affected by hearing loss. "
